Helping young people explore their career pathways
The School Leavers Information Kit (SLIK) is a useful and informative guide to help young people explore their career pathways. This resource was developed by the National Careers Institute (NCI), a division of the Australian Government Department of Education, Skills and Employment (DESE).
We worked with NCI to create a suite of resources to complement the SLIK branding. We tested the messaging and look of these materials with young people and their influencers – teachers, parents, and career advisors – and incorporated their feedback into the final products. Adopting this approach ensured we met the engagement needs of the target audience and developed resources that clearly conveys information young people need.
NCI valued our expertise and approach. Feedback about our involvement with the product included comments like:
