Passing on the baton
It is with a mixture of excitement and sadness that our Founder, Lyndall Thomas, announces that, after more than 12 years at the helm, she is passing on the baton. Sean de Kretser, a trusted member of our team who has been with us for nearly five years, has taken on the leadership of the Information Access Group through an internal management buyout. Sean is a respected colleague who shares our business purpose and commitment to our team.
You can expect the same dedication to close relationships, responsive service and attention to detail with Sean at the helm.
Lyndall will continue to be known as the Founder and will work in a part-time, advisory role for the next 12 months. Lyndall and Sean plan to continue their strong working relationship well into the future, with the expectation that Lyndall will work as a consultant on projects down the track.
Lyndall said: “I can’t tell you what a pleasure it has been to lead our amazing team and to have been part of the widespread changes that have taken place in the disability sector over recent years, along with an incredible amount of cultural change in the production of accessible communications.
