A man is joining the user networkWould you or your clients or colleagues like to take part in the FACS Digital Accessibility User Network? This is a great opportunity to have a say about digital accessibility with the Department of Family and Community Services (FACS) in NSW.

The Information Access Group is working with FACS to establish the Digital Accessibility User Network – this is a group of people who will meet regularly (usually once a month) to discuss web accessibility and to support FACS as they make a range of changes to their online offering. Occasionally, we will contact members of the group to take part in user testing sessions, where people can provide feedback on specific websites or other digital products that are underway.

Would you be interested in taking part? Or perhaps you could share this information with your clients and colleagues?

Applications have now closed. You can read more about the Digital Accessibility Standard on the FACS website.

We're pleased to announce that the first meeting will be held on Monday 25 July at 3 pm at Wesley Mission, 220 Pitt Street Sydney.
